I discovered information in the obituary of my great grandmother, Katherine Amanda James, that I should have included: "She was the youngest of 9 children all of whom have proceeded her to the grave except one brother. At the age of three years she moved with her parents to Ft. Wayne, Indiana. When she was 14 years old they moved by wagon to Nebraska, locating near Clarks. Later they moved to Silver Creek."
