JAMES SARAH JAMES (married John CALLIOTTE) BARTLETT ("Barkley") JAMES (married Sarah RAWLINS) I am searching for information on the wife, parents, children and siblings of THOMAS JAMES, who died intestate before 4 Mar 1793 in Charlotte Co, VA. Thomas James' wife was SARAH, who married James DAVIS after Thomas' death. Court records show Thomas and Sarah's children to be THOMAS HUGH JAMES, JOHN JAMES, GEORGE JAMES, SARAH JAMES (who married JOHN CALLICOTTE) and BARTLETT ("BARKLEY", an infant at the time of Thomas James' death, under the guardianship of JOHN RAWLINS). Bartlett James and his wife Sarah Rawlins James (daughter of John Rawlins, Bartlett's guardian) later lived and owned property in Montgomery Co, NC and Smith Co, TN.
