Hi, I am caught up in the sudden tons of information about the JAMES family of Pembrokeshire. I am now wondering where my line fits into this. I am descended from a Levi James born 1715 in Pembrokeshire who came to the US in 1745 (I have not found his ship yet) with his wife Mary. He had a son Joseph born on board the ship on the way here. The first name of William appears almost every generation. Levi is also common in my line and Mary as well. Can anyone tell me how to find out if I connect to this line that is being discussed and how I fit into it? Levi settled first in Chester Co. PA but the line eventually settled in Loudoun Co. VA and from there a branch went to Ohio (mine) and Illinoise etc. as a group became steamboat company owners. Any help with this would be appreciated. Valerie Johnson
