You never know, he and your Stephen may have been related, especially since your family may be related to Stonewall, too. Margaret

I think that a lot of Jackson's must have thought/known they were cousins to Stonewall Jackson (and who knows, maybe they were) because my Grandmother's said the same thing about her Grandfather who was also a William Jackson b. December 25, 1798 in GA d. June 13, 1872 in Murray Co. GA. buried in Jackson Cemetery located in the Doolittle District on Jenkins Road in Murray Co. GA. (Her Grandmother was Lucy White Morris.) Grandmother did not tell us who the father of her William Jackson was and so far I've been unable to find that out myself although I've found quite a bit about the ancestors of her Grandmother Lucy Morris. We are all finding so many old records these days that I hold out hope before long we may all be able to connect our families together. ----- Original Message ----- December 25, 1798 From: <aksarbenpeg@sbcglobal.net> To: <JACKSON-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Friday, May 07, 2004 7:24 PM Subject: Re: RELATIONSHIP OF WILLIAM M.
