Jackson born about 1799. He married Nancy Adkins in 1819 in Warren Co, GA. He deserted his family and Nancy was granted a divorce on 4 April 1837. We do not know what became of him after he left. I did find an Allen W. Jackson with the correct birth information in Fayette Co, AL on census records in 1850 and 1860 with a wife and children.
