Dec 29, 1859 Giles Co TN; d. Apr 21, 1949 Caddo, Bryan Co OK, dau of Andrew and Catherine Webster. John Henry was a preacher and a farmer. Children of John Henry and Mattie Jane Webster Parker were as follows: 1. Leonard A. Parker, b. October 03, 1883 TN (Giles Co ?); d. January 10, 1949 Ardmore, Carter Co OK. He married June 12, 1901 in Fannin Co TX, (1) Mary Elizabeth BLEVINS, b. Jan 1886 TX; He married Dec 12, 1908 in Sulphur Springs, Hopkins Co TX, (2) Bessie Viola JACKSON, daughter of Arthur Preston Jackson and Delia Ann WILSON / WILLSON. (note Delia Ann possibly Cherokee, according to an article in the Grayson Co Heritage Book). Leonard’s birthplace given as Nashville on FTM CD WFT # 3. I believe this to be incorrect, as I have found no evidence that his parents were ever in Nashville or vicinity. On the 1900 census Fannin Co TX, Mary E.
