JACKSON who was in Clarke County Iowa in the late 1800's - early 1900's. My grandmother was born to Raymond E Jackson and Lali Marie Hargis Jackson. When my grandmother was born in 1914, Raymond and Lali were no longer together. He is one of those elusive "no body talked about him" relatives. and now those of us left just don't know anything about him or their marriage. Lali listed herself as widowed in one census and divorced in another. I have been unsuccessful thus far in finding any other information about him. There is a Raymond E. listed in the household of Thomas J. Jackson in the 1910 Federal Census. I suspect this is the same person, but can't be certain without other sources. Any help or hints would be appreciated. Several of his descendants are curious to help fill in this branch of our family tree!
