Author: iandilley_1 Surnames: Classification: queries Message Board URL: http://boards.rootsweb.com/surnames.jackson/13076.2/mb.ashx Message Board Post: The above is my great uncle, ie my grandmothers brother. His parents are my great grand parents, Thomas and Alice Jackson, buried in Marlow. Thomas was an engine driver and died 26 March 1929. Alice died 26 August 1941. Their eldest son Thomas is remembered on their headstone. He is also listed on the Navy war memorial at Southsea and also at the submarine museum at Gosport. I am new to computing and have lots more enquires to make! I have a few photos of Thomas and Alice, one with a lad in naval uniform. This could be T.W. I did not know that T.W. had children,it came as quite a suprise. I know nothing of his brothers Lewelwyn or John, but knew his 3 young sisters as they all lived to their late 90's Hope this is of interest, I.D.
