Author: BartlettPerez Surnames: Jackson Classification: queries Message Board URL: http://boards.rootsweb.com/surnames.jackson/13162/mb.ashx Message Board Post: My family "notes" shows that William Jackson married Marion Shearer in Scotland in 1815 and that the had a daughter names Margaret in 1816. I believe they immigrated to the United States and lived - at least for a time - in or near St. Lawrence County. I have yet to find any evidence to support any of this.
