Hi List, I am looking for any body with a connection to President Andrew Jackson. Specifically as a cousin. Our John Jackson who married Polly Langton in 1809, parents can't be found by my husband's aunt Catherine. She has looked and looked but so far her search has ended in a zero. Catherine thinks it might be a William and Nancy Jackson who came from Ulster Co. Ireland and settled Jackson Corners in Columbia Co. NY. If there is any one out there that might have a clue to this please please let me know. It has been a brick wall in aunt Catherine's research for many many years. At least since 1985 since she first published her book on the history of the Meddaugh/Deming and Jackson' lines. Any and all help even if its a tid bit is most welcome. Thanks in advance.
