I estimate his birth at about 1831-1832 in Georgia, though some later information implies North Carolina. I can't identify his parents, nor can I determine the exact time and place of his death, though I know that he was in Alabama in 1855 and 1860 and that the direct line from which I descend remained here. So while the names of Thomas and Priscilla aren't known to me, I'm interested in William -- and then they could become of interest. I'll be happy to share what I can about him in an effort to see if there could be any connection. = Steve =
