Andrew Jackson's estate was filed for probate in Beaver County, Pa. in 1846. He list his wife as Nancy, and not as Agnes. Then there is a biography on a Charles or James Jackson in a History of Beaver Co., Pa., (printed ca. 1890). that list Andrew marrying Agnes Robinson and then list virtually the same children as the probate to estate in 1846. But both times Andrew's wife and a daughter are listed in the history as Agnes, but in his estate papers as a Nancy. Andrew had sons: Robinson, Robert, and James and daughters Martha, Mary, and Jane as well. Two of the girls married Johnson's, and one married a Shannon.
