Since we have been discussing Pres. Andrew Jackson again, I have over the years collected several genealogies of his line. Unfortunately his line stops with him. According to biographies I have read Andrew , the father of the President was the only member of his family who came to America. In fact according to one biography , no one can name Andrew Sr's parents. I would love to see proof if someone knows them. I do think that some of Elizabeth Hutchinson's family did come to America and I think Andy lived with them after he was orphaned. One might try tracing them. The President had two brothers , Both died unmarried. Without children. His father died in the same Prison Camp as his brothers. Check out any biography of Andrew and you will find this is true Pres. Andy Jackson did adopt a nephew of Rachel Donnelson's and he called him Andrew Jackson Jr. However for genealogy tracing the Blood line this is of no use.
