In a book - much but not all of which is on line, there is a reference that I would love to have. The book is /Biographical register of Christ's College, 1505-1905/: and of the earlier foundation, God's House, 1448-1505Vol I. compiled by John Peile, The reference is on p329, and starts: Jackson, Richard.. mat pen 1619 July BA 1622 (MIds) MA 1626. *Rector of Halton*, near Lancaster, 24 Nov 1630, again March 1634 and ceased 1648: his son... . What follows about Richard's son is not available on line. In the UK, the only library that I can find that has this is at Christ's Church, University of Cambridge. The reference is to the Richard JACKSON (abt1602-abt1682) who is at the head (so far) of the JACKSONs of Coleraine. It may be that I already have the son that is mentioned - but if not, it could be *very *important. I would appreciate the help. Thanks, Sharon -- Sharon Oddie Brown, Roberts Creek, BC, Canada.
