I have been reviewing some post on the Hearod/Walker family, of which I am the grt granddaughter of Oliver Hubert Hearod, brother of William Monroe, sister Laura (who was deaf), Mary (who moved away to California), two half brothers which were Tommy and William Homer Hearod. If we are on the right track, please contact, will help all I can. It is known by the decendants of William Homer that he left his family in LA and went to California, not to return but was with his sister there, we guess until death.
