I have significantly updated the line of JACKSONs of Duddington, England and Fanningstown, Co. Limerick, Ireland. This family started in Northamptonshire, and had a significant number of Irish connections. Their line is now connected to Sir Thomas Graham Jackson (1835-1924) of Eagle House, Wimbledon. His grandson is the composer Sir Nicholas JACKSON. The updates are included at my Rootsweb page: SEE: http://wc.rootsweb.ancestry.com/cgi-bin/igmuser.cgi/silverbowl.ged If you prefer the outline format of the family tree, the older version is at: http://www.thesilverbowl.com/familytree/JACKSONs-Duddington.html Also, there is a new page of gravestones and commentary that I have compiled: http://www.thesilverbowl.com/history/Jackson-Duddington-Graves.html Amongst these, the name of "Original JACKSON" was a new one for me. I have also updated information about JACKSON crests at: http://www.thesilverbowl.com/history/JACKSON-crests.html This method of trying to track lines of JACKSONs using images in family crests and in armorial bearings is proving to be quite fruitful.
