His mother was not of the first peoples of America, Indian. She was from Ireland as were her sisters who traveled to America with their husbands. His mother was my 5th great grandmother's sister. I have every book written about Andrew Jackson except a couple before 1880. My family the Leslies are mentioned a few times as are the Crawfords and the the McKemys. The sisters who were Hutchinsons married these brothers and lived near each other on the border of North and South Carolina. Lyncola died young and did not live to manhood.
