Ann was a graduate of Springfield South High School and employed at WPAFB, Dayton, Ohio for 33 years. She was a dedicated, faithful member of Corinthian Baptist Church until her health failed. Ann was a member of the choir for many years, the Baptist Training Union, Kitchen Committee, the Naomi Missionary Circle, Vacation Bible and Sunday schools teacher, and served as a secretary and was Chairperson (1976) for the Annual Women's Day. Her other affiliations included club Tota Amigos, Dayton Metropolitan Women, Church Women United and the Old Timers Club. Preceded in death by her husband of over 30 years, Harvey B. Jackson; mother and step-father, Inez (Charles) Morrell; father and step-mother, Charles I (Helen) Black; brother and sister-in-law, Charles II (Carol) Black. His son, James, was born in Virginia in 1748. I went back and looked at my tree where I had a Thomas Jackson as James Sr's father however he died many years before James was born but that's what other people had as the information.
