    3. I have a copy of Norton's History of Knox County, Ohio from 1779 to 1862. There are several Jackson's and Johnson's listed unfortunately it was written before your Horace and Mary Etta were born so is not of much help. It may have their parents or grandparents though if you eventually trace back that far. I plan on getting a book on the Family History of Michael Jackson written by Horace Mortimer Jackson in 1909. This might have some information (based on the similarity of the name), email me in a couple of weeks when it is due in and I can do some lookups for you.     2. Hello, I am interested in your R. B. Jackson. I am wondering if by chance if he may have a brother by the name of Benjamin Jackson or if you know of his man. My great-grandfather, Benjamin Jackson, was born in b: 1836 in Tennessee and married Artamissa Hendricks b: 5-15-1852 of Greene Co. Mo. One of their daughters, Ida Mae Jackson b: 1-24-1872 of Lamar Co. Texas married Benjamin Matthew Holt b: 1861 of Limestone Co. Alabama.They were married in Lamar Co. Texas. Other children of Benjamin Jackson are: William, A.G., Tamsey, S.T, Walter Lee, Earnest, Riley, Norah, Nettie, Ettie, Stonewall and Artie.
