We know that the birth mother used the Beard name and information, for his wife Betty. They are both deceased. As a family friend at that time in Dallas. I was thinking that maybe you could shed light on this. I am JoAnn, J L's daughter. I lived in Tulsa at the time that they moved to Dallas. I am aware that you moved with them. with Betty, her son, Larry, and J L. It seems that Larry made a sacred promise to his mother that he would not ever tell the identity of the biological mother. Since Betty is deceased I feel that would be a mute point. Don't you? But any way. Contact me. Would like to here from you, even if you don't have any information concerning this matter. It would be fun to hash over old times and catch up on each other's lives. JoAnn L. Hart

On marriage certificate dated April 1st 1893 address was listed as 84 Oxford Road, Dukinfield. Father listed as Henry - Labourer. Witnessed by Sarah Baines. The only Baines family I can find lists the head of household in 1881 as Lawrence Hy aged 36 born Lancaster, Occupation: Carter. Any information on the Baines family would be much appreciated. I think there is an Irish connection further down the line. Would also like to know who was living at 62 Brunswisk Street Dukinfield in 1891. ? Address given on certificate was 120 Moss Lane East, Moss Side. On the marriage certificate her father John Jackson (deceased) was listed as a Master Baker. The marriage was witnessed by Ida Laura Hunsley and Alice Ida Jackson. Alice Ida Hunsley I believe married John Jackson (hopefully son of the above) March 1898. It would be much appreciated if someone could look these up for me, hopefully they lived in the same area. Thanks Jenny
This Outgoing message has been scanned by Norton's Anti Virus 2003 and is virus free. I think that a lot of Jackson's must have thought/known they were cousins to Stonewall Jackson (and who knows, maybe they were) because my Grandmother's said the same thing about her Grandfather who was also a William Jackson b. December 25, 1798 in GA d. June 13, 1872 in Murray Co. GA. buried in Jackson Cemetery located in the Doolittle District on Jenkins Road in Murray Co. GA. (Her Grandmother was Lucy White Morris.) Grandmother did not tell us who the father of her William Jackson was and so far I've been unable to find that out myself although I've found quite a bit about the ancestors of her Grandmother Lucy Morris. We are all finding so many old records these days that I hold out hope before long we may all be able to connect our families together. ----- Original Message ----- December 25, 1798 From: <aksarbenpeg@sbcglobal.net> To: <JACKSON-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Friday, May 07, 2004 7:24 PM Subject: Re: RELATIONSHIP OF WILLIAM M.
