William was born about 1815 in Tennessee and Elizabeth was born about 1840 in Kentucky. In the 1870 US Census they were in Overton County, 8th Civil District, Post Office: Mouth of Wolf. They had a 5 year old son George living with them. I'm wanting more information on this family, including any more children they may have had and where they went after 1870.

Ky. your message helped me remeber my Dad saying his family was from Fayette co. but at that time it was still part of Virgina... Kentucky did not become a state untill 1792 June 4.I know some went to N.C. , Tenn., Ky. and Tx. thank you, I may be looking in the wrong place!
