Unfortunately, she is a servant, so this isn't the household of her parents. Fortunately, perhaps, there is a Jackson household just before the one she is living in, so she may be related to her next door neighbor's family in some fashion. John Born in TN in 1813 left his older children in Tennessee and moved to Izard County AR about 1860. 1860 living at Jarvis Point in Izard Co. Ar. Someone told me this became became part of Stone Co. Ar. John Jackson age 47, Farmer $400 TN Elizabeth age 47 Domestic TN William J. 23 TN John S. age 19 TN Mary age 16 born in AL Eliza age 8 TN Calvin age 5 TN Julia age 2 TN -------------- Elizabeth Jackson age 60 shown in 1870 census living with daughter Sarah A. and James Moss. in Independence Co. AR Christian TWP. It looks like her youngest girls had married or died and Calvin died since I can't find him in AR. John Jackson must have died before July 1870 ------------------------------------------------------------------------ William who was age 23 on that 1860 census went to Cook County TX. The children listed after him, John, Eliza, Calvin and Julia just seemed to disappear. I really need some help on this family. What happened to the younger children? He was married to Violet (or Viola) Perry. His obit states his father's name was Claude (or Claud) E. Jackson. He is buried in the Christian Cemtery in Merriam, Noble County, IN.
