Hi Ruby, Jacob Foster and Elizabeth Davis had a daughter Lula M. Ivester b. Jan. 1894. Jacob W. Ivester and Suzie had a daughter Pauline Ivester b. abt 1929. Her first name could have been Lula and named after Jacob W.'s half sister. I am thinking that the ration book probably belongs to this Pauline Ivester. She would have been 14 about 1943 which would have been during WWII.
