Glenda, You were right. James Thomas Browning and Laura Elizabeth Ivester were in the 1930 census for Stoddard Co., Mo so they must have moved from Missouri to California - back to Missouri - and then back to California (I guess). Have some questions: In the 1910 census for Stoddard Co., Mo the family looks like this: James Browning - age 28 Laura - age 25 Erie - age 7 - listed as daughter Edith - age 1 ?/12 and James's father also named James, age 77 In the 1920 census for Kern Co., California the family looks like this: Browning, James T. - age 39 Laura E. - age 37 Earie - age 17 - this time listed as a son Kenneth - age 10 Norma(?) - age 1 which would indicate b. date around 1910 AND... in the 1930 census in Stoddard Co., Mo the family looks like this: Browning, James - 48 Laura E. - 46 Kenneth T. - 19 Norma - 17 - would indicate b. date of 1913 Naomi E. - 10 - which would indicate b. abt 1920 Roy C. - age 7 Can you help clear up how many children James Browning and Laura Ivester had and their names???? Also... do you know when and where James and Laura died? Thanks and take care - Emma
