Emma, Sorry it has taken me so long to get back to you about the papers I found on Jacob F & Lena K Ivester. Finally got my new glasses after the operation just in time to start volunteer for taxes. Anyway here is what I found. Paper stating that Jacob and Lena appeared in front of attorney Thomas H. Davis Apr. 02,1920 for Lenna to relinquish and release on any such conveyance, her contingent right of dower in any and all real estate of her said husband so conveyed; and all acts and deed of said attorney, hereunder, are hereby ratified and confirmed. This paper was notarized by Francis M. Walker, Notary Public expired Dec. 19, 1923. More in next note. Ruby
