Dawn Hi Again Dawn, As for our next steps. One of the most needed items is when Jacob Ivester and Nancy Massey died. We need to know if there are any probate records concerning their deaths. Based on the information I have it would appear that they are alive as late as Dec. 11, 1891 when they sell 40 acres of land to son Benjamin F. Ivester. This deed was recorded on Dec. 16, 1893 in Stoddard Co., Mo. It is possible that Benjamin did not record the deed until Jacob and Nancy died. If so then they were dead by Dec. 1893. If there are any funeral records available concerning their death that would also be helpful. The funeral records might list their parent's names and we need that very badly. And then... any court, land deed, etc. records that might list names of relatives would also help. I have a lot of the probate and estate records for Asa Monroe Ivester who died in Stoddard Co., Mo. Let me know if you would like me to send the info. from some of those. Hope this helps with ideas of what we need for this line. Thanks and take care - Emma
