A good guess, at this time anyway, is that Barbary's mother and siblings could have moved in with her after the death of Hugh. Remember, the listings showing, e.g., 0-10 females and/or 16-26 males, does not name names. If Icler was indeed Barbary's family - some of those shown on the census could be her siblings.
