    1. [IVESTER] Another interesting site for you to try...from list admin
    2. Good Evening Everyone, My apologies for just sort of disappearing. Have had some family concerns that kept me from getting much done. While I won't bore you with all of the specifics I will give you a hint concerning just one of them. If your daughter walks in the door with a small puppy that she found on the freeway who is covered with sores be very, very concerned. You have no idea how much impact that little tiny puppy and what it is carrying is going to have on your life. If anyone wants the full story then e-mail me privately. I will be HAPPY TO EXPOUND on the topic. However...... I received the following message on another mail list. I requested permission to cross post it to all the lists I admin. First of all, this is a very nice site in its own right. But I think you will find the article very interesting as well. Hope you enjoy it. Take care - Emma ....................................... Hello Everyone: We receive hundreds of messages each month for information on early American Emigrants and a few years ago we found a very good article on the subject and thought we would share it with you. Titled.......Founders of Early American Families...Emigrants From Europe 1607-1657. This is something all genealogists and researchers should read to have a better understanding of what was happening here prior to 1657. We have posted the article on our web site at: http://www.linkline.com/personal/xymox/ Once you get there you will be looking for the link Family Pages Index which you will enter. On the Family Pages Index enter FOUNDERS OF EARLY AMERICAN FAMILIES. Everyone has FREE access to all our web site and the reports contained there. Enjoy Harold Oliver America's First Families

    3. Edna, I met Lori about 10 years ago when we move to Lake Norman. She is a blonde beauty who is well known in the real estate business around the Lake Norman area but I can't tell you anything more . I got her to log onto the website several months ago and thought she was still on. Has she removed her address from the website? 3. Thanks Emma for your help. I found the California death record for Cecile. I didn't think of checking the spelling Ivestor when I printed out all of the California deaths and births a couple years ago. Luckily, there were only two that I missed on the deaths, and its too late to get the births since they were removed because of privacy laws. On the death index there was a Norman D. Springer, b. 5 May 1931 in Arkansas; d. 19 Apr 1997 in Solano County, CA whose mother was an "Ivestor" do you suppose he could be a sibling of Cecile? Ethel would have been 46/47 years old. The 1920 Census Fulton County, AR E.D.18- 9B shows their children: Luther Son 13 S Cecil Dau 8 S Sylvia Dau 1 3/12 1930 Census Fulton County, AR E.D.7-3A shows children: Cecil Dau 15 S Cordia Dau 8 S Robert Son 6 S Since Cecil only aged 7 years between censuses is Cordia and Sylvia the same person or did Cordia die? Was there a son Roy or Ray? Were there other children? I would appreciate any info. 2. Is there anyone searching for information on the family of Joseph Wilson Ivester (s/o Anderson Hugh and Arzella Moss Ivester)? I have been in touch with his granddaughter, Eva, who's father was Joseph Clyde Ivester. Clyde and his brothers Henry Julius (Harry) and William Ray (Ray) moved to Wyoming in 1910. 3. This last question is for Lee, who is Lori Ivester Jackson? Edna
