Thank you very much for the copy of the letter and the other information. I cannot see any connections either but there is a few names and places for me to look. My father's family lived just inside Yell County and my mother's family lived just inside Logan County. In fact dad bought their marriage license in Logan County but got married over in Havana in Yell County. Would appreciate if you do come upon information that might connect me with someone to shout at me. I'll keep this information and maybe some day I"ll be able to tie it into someone. Many thanks. I have looked the letter over and there were no names to refer to. I am sure there is a connection but I don't know what it is. My mother is 93 her brother is 96 this month. Both are children again and only at certain times will they elaborate about family or friends back in Yell County. They left when Alta was 8 and Ed was 12. > > This is the letter written by my g-grandfather David Alexander Robinson. > > a 1 > Verden ok > June 19, 1911 > > Dear brother and family I rite you a few lines to let you no how I am I am not well I have been sick ever sens I bin out here the water Dont a gree with me it keeps me sik all the time I will haft to leave this plase purty soon (b 2)
