    3. I just have to answer this message. In 1911 my great-grandfather David Alexander Robinson wrote a letter from Verden, Oklahoma to his brother Isaac J. Robinson who resided at the time in MO. They were from TN then Yell County, AR. My grandmother D.A. Robinson's daughter, Ida Jane, was born in Birta, Yell County, AR in 1882 as was my mother in 1908. Ida married William Noel Hale. I have heard my family speak of the McVey's but I did not connect with this until you used McVey and Verden, OK and Yell County, AR together. I will pull out the letter and see if he used names you mention and write again. Give me a day or two. Please answer me so that I know who I am writing to. I don't know any history about the McVeys but I think I have a picture of "The McVey's" stashed some place. I will look. 3. They Mollie McVey I speak of is my great grand mother. I have no information on the McVeys as the oral history I received was she was an orphan. After her and Jeramiah married in 1886 they moved back to AR. Logan County. There is a place known today as Shepard Hill. Any information or anyplace I can look for information on any of these people would be appreciated.
