Dear Isle-of-Wight Subscribers, List messages are beginning to filter through again. The current information at < http://helpdesk.rootsweb.com/ > says: Mail Lists: 2004-11-15 All visitors please read this message. The repair of the digests has seemed to have occurred unhindered and with only several inconsequential anomalies. We are currently putting the queued mail through the mailing list server (lists5) in a roughly chronological order. This will take some time as we step through the backlog on the mailhub, we continue to monitor the processes on the list server as the mail is fed through. We hope that you are enjoying your revived mail. Older message We are currently cycling queued mail into the broken digests and you should see these digests being delivered through the next day. You may note that there will be some duplication of digests numbers, and may be the odd post within these. From our point of view this is not a concern and a minor trade off for ensuring that the mail makes the searchable archives I suggest that we hold back from posting multiple messages for a few more days, but a few posts will be fine even if they are delayed for a while. Thank you for your patience Regards Elmo. -- --Keith Elmo ELDRIDGE Isle-of-Wight-Admin@rootsweb.com --Elmo@aphelia.co.uk --Buxworth, High Peak, Derbyshire, England. --Listowner Isle-of-Wight-L and Co-ordinator Isle of Wight GenWeb --http://www.rootsweb.com/~engiow/
