Not quite, the FREE system applies across the UK, some would say world wide. The problem is the dentists are only doing private fee work. Apparantly the Free system only nets about£70k a year where private fee nets about 3 or 4 times as much. That means it costs £3or 4K for dentures private and about £600 free.
