Hi Sally I guess the first question is "Are you using Outlook Express" to send emails? If so, there is an icon in the tool bar for "reply", and for "reply all". When you hit reply, your response only goes to the person who posed the question. When you hit reply all, everyone on the list sees the response. Your email below is only your response, and like this looks like a new posting, even though the subject appears to be a continuation of a previous thread. When you reply, you can change the subject heading to make it more appropriate if necessary. In this I have not done so, as I wanted it to remain to show the previous thread. If you are not using Outlook, what software do you use to send emails?
