    3. Hello to all on this list I'm just introducing myself to you & asking a favour all at the same time! My IOW interests are; Price Midlane Urry Searle Mackett I'm searching for information on Thomas & Jane MIDLANE. They married in 1827 at Portsea. In 1841 they were at Brading, with children Samuel, Jane & Edward. At that time Thomas is listed as age 40 mariner, & Jane 30, both Yes of this county. Does anyone have the 1851 census indexes (or 1861) & could have a look for them please? I have Volume 57 & have not found them. I'd really like to have a more definite age & need the places of birth for the couple. In return, I'm willing to search the 1851 indexes for Southampton & surrounding area, & 1891 nation wide.
