RUSSELL in 1923 All Saints Freshwater, she then married my grandfather Frank LOCK in 1935 at Barton after Alfred died. Have you tried "The Isle of Wight Family History Society "site, they have the records of all marriages on the island since 1837, with you being new to the list you may not know about it.
