Dear Listers, I have just reposted this request with the marriage date corrected. Hope someone can help! George ABSALOM died in about 1802 and Esther/Hester in 1796. They were married in Carisbrooke in 1752. I believe they are my 5xgrandparents. My 3xgrandfather and 2xgrandfather, both also called George were also carpenters and lived in Portsea, Hampshire. I am trying to make a definite link by finding the names, ages and occupation of other ABSALOMs on the Isle of Wight. I would be most appreciative of any assistance.
