Dear Andrea, I have just noticed on my Tree that Robert DORE and Sarh DALLIMORE, who married in 1833 at Carisbrooke, had a child (nameless in my records!) who subsequently had a child named, for his sins, Percy Dallimore....maybe Dore or maybe something else, had the Dore parent been female. While we're on the DORE family, I checked my tree and found one as well. William DORE married Sarah THEARLE (my interest being the TH(E)ARLE name) in Shorwell in 1762. I know nothing more about them except for a little of Sarah's ancestry. Maybe someon can fill in their family? Regards James Butler
