Great tip about the yellow Mylar but I am having trouble finding it. Is it sold in sheets or in a roll. Can anyone help?

You can use any yellow film Jackie. But somebody on one of the list did manage to get some but I cannot remember where. You do not say where you are but obviously in the UK Go to http://www.google.co.uk and hit the PAGES FROM UK button and put "Yellow Mylar" in and you will find loads of places, including Yahoo shopping and Ebay.
