Thanks to the several dozen who sent me emails re my question . I have trawled through numerous census over the years and never come across an UNCHART MARINER . I came across it at least 8 times in a couple of different districts in Hampshire ... I think it was probably someone without a ticket. Thanks for the debate ! Angela
