HELP! I've visited the Documents Online site and have tried to do a search for my ancestors. Everything seems to work according to plan and I'm redirected to a "Please Wait..." page with little arrows printing themselves steadily across and down the screen, and that is all! I have a fast broadband connection and left the page running over lunch. I live in France, so after lunch some 2.5 hours later I expected to see lots of ancestors. Nothing! Just more little arrows, not even an Indian! I decided to refine my research to someone more specific who should be there. Still more arrows! ...and more, and more, and more...
