I am researching for a friend, a George Pragnell who was possibly born Newport IOW around 1881/82 he supposedly had brothers Clement, Herbert, and Edward and sisters Ellen or Nell, Rose, Susan. HIS mother died when he was two and my friend does not know more than that. The IGI has not been very helpful either.
