    3. Was wondering if anyone was researching Alfred WARREN b 1857 (reg Cowes) of Fanny Anne JOLLIFFE b 1853 (reg Ryde). They married 1879. In 1881 census Lizzie JOLLIFFE age 14 is staying with them. Would love to hear from anyone. Andy Trim Australia

    3. 21 August 2004 Andy, I do not know the names you are seeking, but I am interested in the TRIM name from the Isle of Wight. I go back to Joseph TRIM = Ann SQUIB (SKWIB), who in the 1770s-1790s had many children, including Hannah TRIM, at Brading. Hannah = James SEXTON in 1800/1 at Niton. Their daughter Mary = Charles DOWNER, one of whose daughters was Jane Anne, who married John WILLIAMS. They came to Australia, and one of their daughters was my grandmother. Anything here ring a bell for you?
