Steve I have William George HOLLIS m 1879 St Mary's Carisbroke to Julia (Mary) DOWLING b 1858 in Christchurch, Hants. The DOWLING family moved to Yarmouth IoW soon after her birth, later Newport and Cowes. Children Lily HOLLIS bc 1885 - 90 m ABRAHAM daughters Olive ABRAHAM and Joyce ABRAHAM born in 1920s, Henry HOLLIS bc 1892 died 1962/3 in Portsmouth who did not marry. From census possibly other children Albert Edward b 1883 and Johnston William George b 1879, although family members have no recollection of these! On the other side of my tree I have Ann HOLLIS bc 1703 d 1775 wife of John LOVE of Bembridge/ Brading area 1708- 1756. Any connections very welcome! Susan Johnstone
