Jenny I found it was easiest to open the file in Acrobat Reader, enlarge to a size that was easier to work with then use the Select or Snapshot tool to highlight the sections needed and copy them into another program, such as Paint. Printing off the selection from there is then straightforward. It also means if the section you want is in 2 or more columns you can manipulate it in the drawing program as you wish before printing. There are probably better tools out there that can be used but most people have Acrobat and Paint I think. Unfortunately always cutting the edges off the real bit I wanted. Any ideas out there for how to print only the exact extract needed. It wouldn't let me highlight the piece I wanted either to use selection button on my printer option.???????
