Hi Shirley, My WHEELER family is associated with Wolverton. In my researches I have come across 2 Wolvertons and the WHEELERS were connected to both. One is the still existing manor at Shorwell the other was a farm at Bembridge where my later WHEELER ancestors lived. I remember Firestone copse as being between Havenstreet and Fishbourne (south west of Ryde.)
