I am wanting to help a lady from Australia who has made enquiries of me as to whether the following has any connection to my MORRIS descendants. At this time I do not know. Does anyone recognise the following information she gave me and has it any connections to William Morris who married Harriett Gallop 18/8/1855 Mottistone?? JOHN MORRIS born c 1767 and is buried Whitwell. 19/9/1847. JOHN MORRIS married REBECCA LOCK nee WHITE 18/10/1808 Niton. A child was born EMEAN? and bapt 2/4/1809... Hi April, I don't have these specific Morris' in my family tree, but I almost must admit I have not spent much time tracking this line, so it is definitely not complete. I have been mainly working on my Jacobs and Cooper lines. My Morris' seemed to be more in the Chillerton and Gatcombe areas, which were where the Coopers were from. My Jacob(s) were more in the Brook, Brightstone and Mottistone areas. I am including an outline of the Morris' I have.
