Hi Elaine, Yes, I believe we connect through your Harry's younger brother Ernest (b.3rd quarter 1867 in Broadstairs). My grand aunt Harriet Betsey PIGGOTT married Ernest 3 April 1893 and they had 3 children. I don't guess you have listed your 1881 census information on Lost Cousins or we would have found each other earlier through that connection.
