Thank you Ray I am having trouble finding anything in the Kentish Gazette and Keble's didn't start till 1870. I am thinking of writing to the Railway Museum in York to see what records they hold, it wasn't long after that the Kent Coast Railway became the London Chatham and Dover Railway.
