    3. Hi everyone, I just wanted to introduce myself. Born and raised in Ramsgate, I am now living in the US, although my family is all back in Thanet still. I’ve recently started looking into my adoptive father’s family – specifically TAPPENDEN, and YOUNG from Sandwich and Eastry. Also my birth father’s family, LAWRENCE, from Margate. Also MINGAY. I love reading everyone’s posts and if I can help anyone out in turn with American records, I’d be glad to help.
