My husband's grandfather Jethro Pettit Miller at Broadstairs harbour married Mary Ann Sandwell (born 1845), dau of Thomas Sandwell (born 1821) boatman of Merchants Yard off Albion Street, Broadstairs,and Mary Ann nee Hills.
